Capital Market Specialist - 12 Months Contract - up to SGD10k
Summary
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end repapering, migration, and lifecycle of Private Bank Capital Markets documentation for a 12-month contract in Singapore.
We are looking for an experienced Capital Market Specialist. In this role, you will be working with a broader project team, coordinate the re-papering, migration execution and ongoing lifecycle management of the Private Bank Capital Markets documentation set in support of the inter-entities transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end programme activities, including outreach, requirements gathering, document circulation, execution logistics, and close-out, while managing timelines, dependencies, and action logs.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for counterparties during re-papering, scheduling working sessions, tracking responses, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support re-papering across various Capital Markets documentation types, adapting to evolving scope, priorities, and sequencing as the program progresses.
- Maintain workflow trackers and MI dashboards, ensuring accurate status updates, version control, and proper updates to the contract repository/CLM in line with standards.
- Collate and summarize counterparty mark-ups, identify deviations from templates/playbooks, and route items to Legal/Compliance for review, tracking outcomes to closure.
- Coordinate inputs and approvals across Legal, Compliance, Credit/Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely hand-offs and effective stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in coordination, PMO, documentation, operations, or contract management roles within Capital Markets or high-volume contract remediation programs.
- Familiarity in ISDA/CSA, Novation Agreements, and SP Distribution Agreements being advantageous.
- Proficient in working with redlined documents, clearly summarizing changes for stakeholders without providing legal advice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple counterparties and workstreams simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail and ensuring follow-through.
- Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively liaising with internal control functions and external counterparties.
- Highly organized, with proficiency in Excel for trackers and MI, and Word/PowerPoint for briefing notes; familiarity with contract repositories and CLM tools is a plus.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables..
