Capital Markets Documentation & PMO Specialist (Up to 10k)

Coordinate Capital Markets documentation re-papering for a bank, managing timelines, counterparty outreach, redline triage, and stakeholder approvals using trackers and CLM tools.
The Job
- 12+12months contract with a leading bank
- Programme coordination (end-to-end): Coordinate outreach, requirements gathering, document circulation, execution logistics and close-out for assigned counterparties; manage timelines, dependencies and action logs.
- Counterparty engagement: Serve as day-to-day coordination contact for counterparties during re-papering; schedule working sessions, track responses, and drive timely completion.
- Scope flexibility: Support re-papering across a range of Capital Markets documentation; agreement types, priorities and sequencing may evolve as the program progresses.
- Workflow tracking and MI: Maintain trackers/dashboards (status, ageing, blockers, throughput), ensure version control, and update the contract repository/CLM in line with agreed standards.
- Redline triage (non-legal): Collate and summarize counterparty mark-ups, identify deviations from standard templates/playbooks, and route items to Legal/Compliance for review and decisioning; track outcomes to closure.
- Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate inputs and approvals across Legal, Compliance, Credit/Risk, Operations and business stakeholders; ensure hand-offs are clear and timely.
- Issue management and escalation: Proactively identify delays, bottlenecks and risks; escalate via agreed governance and communicate impacts and next steps.
- Post-execution lifecycle support: Coordinate amendments, side letters, new counterparty onboarding documentation steps, and terminations as required; keep records current and retrievable.
- Controls and record-keeping: Maintain complete documentation, approvals and correspondence in line with internal policies, audit requirements and data quality standards.
The Talent
- Experience in a coordination/PMO, documentation, operations, or contract management role within Capital Markets/Markets or a comparable high-volume contract remediation program. Familiarity with ISDA/CSA, Novation Agreement and SP Distribution Agreements is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with redlined documents and summarizing changes clearly for stakeholders (without providing legal advice).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple counterparties/workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal control functions and external counterparties.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Excel (trackers/MI) and Word/PowerPoint (briefing notes); familiarity with contract repositories/CLM tools is beneficial.
