Capital Markets Domain Expert, AI Engineer
We are looking for candidates with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge combined with hands-on experience in Agentic AI tools and frameworks, including DIFY, Google ADK, LangStack, Prompt Engineering, Data Engineering, and ETL technologies.
Primary Skills:
1. Good domain knowledge in Capital Markets or Financial Markets products
2. Agentic Tools Usage. Hands on experience using Agentic tools like DIFY, Google ADK, LangStack, Prompt Engineering Frameworks, Data Engineering, ETL.
3. Prompt/Context/Skills Engineering
The person will be working with business users closely to
1. Understand the problem-statement
2. Self-Engage in discovery sessions (do own homework and research on business use-case, data sets, interface systems, etc…)
3. Analyse the requirements, design and develop an end-to-end product using Claude Design tools and demonstrate to seek business endorsement
4. Work with development team to operationalize the implementation
5. Operate confidently at senior stakeholder levels: Communicate clearly, concisely, and with authority when engaging MD–level stakeholders.
6. Hold their ground in high-intensity forums: Be able to articulate views with facts, define decisions based on assessment, and engage constructively in challenging discussions— such as review meetings with senior leaders
Qualifications:
1.Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance, Master of Quantitative Finance, or MBA with a Finance with Engineering Skills. CFA, FRM, CISI - IOC (Investment Operations Certificate) are certifications
OR
2.Degree in Computer Science/ IT with CFA / FRM / IOC
OR
3. Who has past experience in this domain (Ex-Hedge Fund Experience) building agentic applications for capital & financial markets.
