Capital Markets (ECM) Internship

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ECM team in managing and maintaining client relationships, including coordinating communications and preparing meeting materials
- Support deal execution by helping to organise, track, and maintain accurate records of deal-related documents
- Assist with account opening processes, including collection, review, and follow-up of KYC, FATCA, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct basic market research and transaction analysis to support live and potential ECM deals (e.g. IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, Shares deposit)
- Provide general administrative and execution support to senior bankers and deal teams as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Proficient in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)
