Capital Sales Consultant
Yoco Capital Sales Consultant
The Capital Sales team exists to help merchants get more value from Yoco by pairing excellent service with proactive, commercially-minded conversations.
The Capital squad focuses on helping eligible merchants understand, access and successfully use working capital solutions. The team supports merchants through inbound and outbound engagements, removes friction from the application journey, and shares merchant insights that help improve the experience end to end.
This role will work primarily on the Lula Capital book, partnering closely with internal teams and Capital partners to drive adoption, protect merchant relationships and support long-term merchant success.
This is a consultative role. You’ll speak to merchants about their goals, cashflow needs, growth plans and concerns, then translate those conversations into clear next steps. Your focus will be on driving Capital take-up while ensuring merchants feel informed, supported and confident in the process.
You’ll work with high-value merchants and will be expected to balance commercial outcomes with a strong merchant-first approach. That means building trust, following through, handling objections thoughtfully, and making sure any friction in the journey is captured and shared with the right teams.
