Summary
Serves and assists guests in a casual restaurant, taking orders and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome, greet, and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
· Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely communication with the kitchen team.
· Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth and efficient food service.
· Provide attentive table service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
· Handle customer requests, feedback, and enquiries professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
· Prior relevant experience in Front of House(FOH) in F&B Industry.
· Preferably with working in the casual restaurant
· Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
· Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
