Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Car Groomer to clean, detail, and prepare vehicles for sale or delivery, ensuring high-quality automotive care and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by washing, waxing, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets to ensure thorough detailing
- Inspect vehicles visually to identify damages or repair needs and report findings to management promptly
- Maintain cleaning and detailing equipment and supplies in good working condition to support efficient operations
- Communicate clearly with customers to address specific vehicle care requests and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and uphold quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols consistently to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
Requirement
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in automotive car cleaning and detailing
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of vehicles
- Positive attitude with initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to organise and prioritise assigned tasks efficiently
- Availability to work overtime, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
