Job Requirements:
• Need to be able to work from 6pm to 5 am
• Need to have a personal laptop and headphone with good mic
• Contact and follow up with customers
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to close more deals
• Confident making outbound calls
Notes:
Training Period: The training will last 3 to 4 weeks, during which you'll be guided and mentored. Upon successful completion, you'll be assigned as an assistant to an experienced agent. Compensation: As an assistant, you'll receive a fixed monthly salary ranging from $300 to $600. Afterwards, you can get a percentage-based payout with an average salary of $1200.
