Training Period: The training will last 3 to 4 weeks, during which you'll be guided and mentored. Upon successful completion, you'll be assigned as an assistant to an experienced agent. Compensation: As an assistant, you'll receive a fixed monthly salary ranging from $400 to $600. Afterwards, you can get a percentage-based payout with an average salary of $1300.
