We are looking for an experienced retail leader to oversee store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team in Johor Bahru.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Lead, coach, and develop a customer-facing team to achieve business targets
Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities
Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency
Manage store operations, staffing, expenses, inventory, and compliance with company standards
Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across teams
Build strong relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally
Requirements
8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing business environments, with a proven track record of achieving targets
At least 3 years of team management experience
Strong business development and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
Passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
