Car Salesman
Role & Responsibilities:

Manage the full customer journey from lead assignment to deal closure.

Qualify leads and identify customer needs to maximize conversion opportunities.

Present suitable vehicle options and explain inspection results and financing solutions.

Follow up with customers and handle objections throughout the sales process.

Encourage qualified customers to proceed with vehicle inspections and purchase completion.

Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and convert KPIs.

Coordinate with Operations, Inspection, Financing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth deal completion.

Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement)

0-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service, Operations.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
