Job Purpose:
As a Car Wash General Manager Full Service at Mr. Clean Car Wash, your main goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our car wash site. You'll be the go-to person for both customers and team members, making sure everyone leaves with a smile and a sparkling clean car. The General Manager role includes bonus opportunities based on key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the quality of equipment and services, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
- Open and close the site, ensuring all security, cash handling (if applicable), and operational tasks are completed.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead by example, hiring, training, and supporting staff to provide outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive improvements and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
