Car Wash Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Car WashSupervisor to oversee the daily operations of our car wash outlet. The successful candidate will lead the car care team, ensure service quality, maintain equipment, and assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable car care packages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and train staff on the correct car washing process, service procedures and proper handling of car wash equipment.
• Participate in washing, polishing and other car care services, especially during peak periods.
• Assign duties to staff and monitor daily workload and service standards.
• Promote and explain the features and benefits of our different car care packages and services to customers
• Recommend suitable packages or add-on services based on customers’ needs and vehicle conditions.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Identify operational issues or areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Inspect, maintain and report any issues relating to car wash equipment and tools
• Keep accurate records of daily receipts, staff attendance, supplies used and other operational matters.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, safe and properly organised at all times.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in the car wash, automotive, retail or service industry, if possible
• Experience in equipment maintenance or basic technical troubleshooting will be an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to explain service packages clearly and confidently to customers.
• Proactive, diligent, reliable and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and willing to be hands-on in daily operations.
