Key Responsibilities:
- Step into any wash position as needed to support flow and production
- Lead by example in guest service, safety, and team support
- Train and mentor associates on car wash procedures and customer interactions
- Support quality control when management is unavailable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the site
- Help drive unlimited plan sales and app engagement
- Complete opening and closing duties as needed
- Notify management of any site issues
