Car Washing Machine Supervisor
Summary
Supervises a car wash facility, ensuring equipment runs smoothly, staff follow safety protocols, and customer issues are resolved.
Job Scope:
- Monitor all equipment maintenance and repairs
- Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement as necessary
- Provided instruction and supervision to staff in the proper handling of the car wash equipment
- Ensured safety standards were followed and maintained
- Handle on-site cash
- Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used
- Resolves customer complaints
- May participate in washing, polishing, and performance of other services during peak periods.
Job requirement:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or service capacity
- Experience equipment maintenance technician is preferred
- Hardworking, reliable, proactive and an excellent problem solver
- Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions
- Ability to work shift schedule to include days, night, weekends and holidays
