Carbide Welding Supervisor

This candidate will supervise and schedule weld shop requirements. This supervisor will work with welders and peers to develop Process and Quality improvements specially related to Carbide Welding.

• Welding and Fabrication: Construct and repair equipment and structures such as drilling rigs, pipelines, and storage tanks using various welding techniques like SMAW, FCAW, and TIG

• Inspections: Regularly inspect equipment and structures for damage or wear and identify necessary repairs

• Ability to train and supervisor a team of Carbide Welders

• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing protective gear and adhering to safety guidelines

• Record Keeping: Maintain records of work performed, including materials used, welds completed, and repairs conducted

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding Certification
• Minimum 10 – 12 Years of Carbide Welding Experience.
