As a Card Fulfillment Associate you will provide back-office support for our EPC/EBT/ECC/WIC State Clients within our Government Payment Services Operations team. You will be working to support both external/ internal customers and vendors.

Required Skills

• Education: equivalent of U.S. high school diploma
• Ability to communicate in U.S. English - written & verbal
• Analytical thinking
• Intermediate level knowledge of Excel & other Microsoft applications
• Organized
• Ability to Multi-task
• Extreme Attention to Detail

• Ability to meet established timelines

Responsibilities

• Review record & reconcile daily card fulfillment files.
• Notify vendor of any file issues, including missing files.
• Track vendor orders and record delivery quantities and associated costs
• Compile and maintain card package pricing
• Track county office orders, through processing & delivery; contact state account mgrs. as needed regarding questions/issues - escalate vendor issues
