We are ready to start looking for compassionate Care Assistants (Days) to join our team and support our very first residents. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a warm, welcoming home where residents feel safe, valued and supported.
The role:
In this role, you will support residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing. Working as part of a caring and supportive team, you will provide person-centred care and help create positive experiences for residents every day.
