Location: Holdingham Grange, Sleaford.
Salary: £13 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 33 hours a week
Shifts: 12 hour shifts including 1 hour unpaid break.

Your Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
- Supporting older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during the day
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and monitoring health needs
- Supporting with meals, drinks, and nutrition
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Encouraging engagement in activities and daily routines
