Care Assistant

About the role

We are currently looking for an Elderly Care Assistant for a Senior Residence located in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena (Málaga).

What you'll do

Assist and care for the residents of the nursing home in the activities of daily living that they cannot perform by themselves and carry out those tasks aimed at their care and the promotion of their autonomy at a personal, social, and environmental level, thereby favoring the empowerment of our elderly residents.

What we're looking for

• Assistant qualification (Nursing, Clinical, Socio-sanitary or similar), TCAE, or Certificate of Professionalism in socio-sanitary care for dependent persons in social institutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

What you'll get

• Replacement contract with the possibility of continuity.
• 30-hour workweek.
• Rotating shifts of mornings, afternoons, and nights, according to the roster, from Monday to Sunday with the corresponding rest days.
• Salary according to collective agreement.
• Immediate start.
