💼 Your Role

As a Care Consultant, you will assist families infinding and selecting a suitable caregiver based on their needs.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from potential clients through phone, WhatsApp and other channels
• Understand each family's caregiving and household needs
• Recommend suitable caregiver candidates
• Introduce and explain caregiver profiles to clients
• Arrange and coordinate caregiver interviews
• Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into successful placements
• Explain our services, fees and placement process clearly
• Maintain good relationships with clients
