- Caregiver Matching: Match caregivers to clients based on care needs, skills, availability, location, and personality. Work closely with our recruiting and retention team to communicate coverage gaps and client needs, so we hire and keep the right caregivers.
- Shift Coverage: Fill call-outs and open shifts quickly, including urgent same-day coverage.
- Coverage Balance: Balance coverage and caregiver hours, and keep overtime in check to keep care on track and expenses low, while providing the most consistent coverage possible for clients and caregivers alike.
- Caregiver Orientation: Participate in caregiver orientation and ensure every new caregiver leaves with a shift in hand.
- Registered Nurse Scheduling: Assist the agency RN with scheduling Maryland-required initial RN assessments and quarterly assessments, and brief the care plan quarterly to each client and their family.
