Job Description

Assist the Senior Care Facilitator in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care given
Conduct daily vital signs checks for seniors at the centre
Provide basic first aid to clients with minor injuries
Support RO in planning and executing centre & outdoor activities for clients
Engage clients and run programmes
Assist driver in fetching clients from home and sending clients back home
Manage clients at outdoor activities, and ensuring their safety at all times.
Respond to emergency situations of clients and to attend to their needs promptly
Assistance with daily activities of daily living for day care clients
Assist with general cleaning and infection control procedure

Job Requirements

Minimum of secondary school education
Preferably with healthcare-/community care-related training and First Aid Certificate
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in healthcare sector
Those with no experience in the sector are also welcomed to apply
Knowledge of Mandarin/ Malay/ Chinese Dialects to communicate with Mandarin/ Malay/ Chinese Dialect speaking older adult is an advantage
Able to work well in a team and have passion to serve the older adult
Good communication and interpersonal skill
