Care Lead
Summary
Coordinate and deliver home-based care for patients with advanced illnesses, mentor volunteers, and partner with healthcare providers in Singapore.
This position can be full-time, contract or flexi-time.
Degree /Post Grad Dip in Social Work, Nursing, Counselling, Gerontology, Psychology or related disciplines
Experience
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience as a healthcare/community care worker, volunteer, or family caregiver.
Preferred Skills
English and one other spoken language/dialect
Skills to mentor, coach, and manage volunteers are advantageous
Excellent communication and coordinating skills

Accept working on some weekday nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities
Conduct home visits to support caregivers and patients with advanced illnesses
