We are currently seeking a Care Manager to join our leadership team, working in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional Clinical & Operations Teams to deliver exceptional clinical care and lead high-performing teams.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing clinical governance, workforce capability, and operational performance.
Carine Parkside Care Community is located 15 minutes northwest of Perth, we are well-positioned near the stunning shores of North Beach, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and neighbouring parklands, with ample public transport options. Our Care Community is nestled amongst mature trees and manicured gardens, with spacious outdoor areas for and a playground for children. We have beautifully appointed dining areas, huge living spaces and access to large outdoor courtyards and balconies throughout offering the best of WA living. We have two secure memory care neighbourhoods with a memory garden.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical care delivery ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory obligations
Oversee care planning, admissions reviews, and changes in resident condition
Monitor and analyse clinical indicators, incidents and risk trends
Apply evidence-based practice to improve outcomes
Build relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providers
Ensure adherence to Aged Care Act 2024 requirements and reporting obligations
Drive continuous improvement, audit readiness, and clinical excellence
Lead compliance with incident management and accreditation standards
Foster a values-led, high-performing culture
Oversee education, onboarding and competency development
About You
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years)
Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care
An excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
Ability to lead change, manage risk, and improve outcomes
A visible, values-led leader who is a natural mentor with a passion for building high-performing teams
