We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about high-quality care, but also commercially aware, proactive, and confident out in the community—someone who enjoys networking, spotting opportunities, and building a strong local presence.

What You’ll Do

· Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing care team

· Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards

· Oversee care planning, rotas, audits, and quality assurance

· Drive recruitment, retention, and staff engagement

· Build strong local partnerships and networks

· Support business growth and contribute to commercial success

What You’ll Need

· SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 4 (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent

· Experience in homecare with strong operational knowledge (care plans, rotas, audits)

· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

· Right to work in the UK

· Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager or ambitious Deputy ready to step up

· A confident, friendly personality with strong relationship-building skills

· Commercial awareness and a proactive, growth-focused mindset
