• Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
• Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $1.00 per hour
• Bimodal Multilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour
• Overnight/Graveyard - Stay Awake Shifts: $1.00 per hour

Overview:

The Interpersonal Skills Training Center (ISTC), at Arrowhead Ranch, is hiring a full-time, experienced Care Manager or Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to work with at-risk youth in an outdoor, active setting. Provide individual and group rehab services in Mendocino County, maintaining a full case load of clients, and competence to document for Medi-Cal services. Assist in providing self-care & behavior training & support by leading groups for children & youth as required by each individual’s client plan. Under the direction of a Licensed Clinician; is responsible for planning and implementing one-to-one therapeutic contact with community-based children referred by Counties. Participates as a member of the child's treatment team and works closely with a staff team regarding matters pertaining to best supporting and helping clients with their specified behavioral objectives. Must be able to provide written verification of experience upon hire. Prior experience of Experiential Learning, and group facilitation are preferred, not required. Bilingual preferred, not required.
