We are currently seeking a Care Manager to join our leadership team, working in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional Clinical & Operations Teams to deliver exceptional clinical care and lead high-performing teams. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing clinical governance, workforce capability, and operational performance. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, our Care Community features spacious living and dining areas, a lively café, and quiet spaces perfect for relaxation.Key Responsibilities Lead clinical care delivery ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory obligationsOversee care planning, admissions reviews, and changes in resident conditionMonitor and analyse clinical indicators, incidents and risk trendsApply evidence-based practice to improve outcomesBuild relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providersEnsure adherence to Aged Care Act 2024 requirements and reporting obligationsDrive continuous improvement, audit readiness, and clinical excellence Lead compliance with incident management and accreditation standardsFoster a values-led, high-performing cultureOversee education, onboarding and competency development About You Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years)Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged careAn excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACCAbility to lead change, manage risk, and improve outcomesA visible, values-led leader who is a natural mentor with a passion for building high-performing teams Why Opal HealthCare?
