So, what will be your part in our Mission?

We are looking for a Care Specialist, who is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and patient education for individuals enrolled in the growth hormone injection program. The role focuses on device training, injection support, therapy adherence, and ongoing patient engagement through clinic visits, home visits, and helpline support. This role requires a nurse who is proactive, able to work independently, and capable of engaging patients and families with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.

What will you do…

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in the programmes.

  • Conduct initial and follow-up clinic or home visits to educate patients and families on injection techniques, disease management, and therapy adherence.

  • Monitor adherence and dose history using required devices, and provide re-training where require

  • Troubleshoot device issues, arrange replacements, and manage replenishment of consumables.

  • Handle patient enquiries via hotline, phone, and WhatsApp with empathy and professionalism.

  • Identify and manage adverse reactions in line with SOPs.

  • Support in required health programme administration and reporting

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for external and internal stakeholders, and support training of anchor nurses to ensure continuity of care.

Skills & Experience you will need…

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

  • Full SNB registration with a valid BCLS & AED certification.

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

  • Strong initiative, self-management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Exceptional empathy, patience, and a gentle clinical approach, especially when working with parents and children.

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.

  • Comfortable travelling for clinic and home visits.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF

  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to remain professional under pressure
