  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as feeding, grooming, hygiene, and mobility (as required).

  • Supervise students/residents to ensure safety and proper behavior.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, common areas, and personal spaces.

  • Support teachers, nurses, or supervisors during daily routines, therapy sessions, or activities.

  • Help with meal preparation, serving food, and ensuring proper nutrition practices.

  • Monitor and report any unusual behavior, health concerns, or safety issues.

  • Provide emotional support and maintain a caring, positive environment.

  • Assist in transporting individuals within the facility when needed.

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and caregiving protocols.



Requirements

  • Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (flexible based on organization).

  • Prior caregiving or support staff experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Ability to assist with physical tasks and handle basic caregiving duties.

  • Good communication skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly.

  • Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and child/elder care practices.
