Career Conversion Programme Intern [EPD]
Summary
Intern supports government digital transformation projects by building RPA bots, automating workflows, and developing AI tools to streamline operations and budget tracking.
The intern will have the exciting opportunity to support theteam in one or more digital transformation and automation projects to createBots/ implement RPA to enhance and streamline the Career Conversion ProgrammeWorkstreams.
This role provides hands-on experience in processimprovement methodologies. He/she will learn the fundamentals of automationdesign, stakeholder engagement, and digital solution development whilst gainingvaluable exposure to government operations and process optimisation.
Responsibilities include:
A) Knowledge Management (KM) System Development
- Design and implement a KM repository using availabledigital tools.
- Support the team to develop processes and workflows togather, curate and maintain the struture for the KM system.
- Assist in creating documentation and user guides for KMprocesses and tools.
B) Automated Budget Tracking Solutions
- Implement RPA to enable efficiency in budget tracking.
- Engage stakeholders to understand budget trackingrequirements.
- Design and test the automated solutions that enhanceaccuracy, reduce processing time, and improve financial oversight.
C) AI-Powered Digital Proposal Assessment Tool
- Develop bot capable of evaluating and scoring proposalsusing advanced algorithms and criteria to assess proposals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand painpoints andimprovement opportunities in current proposal development process
- Work with divisions to develop bot to drive efficientproposal evaluations
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (include SharePoint), RPAand AI tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with data visualisation tools e.g. PowerBI is aplus
