Provides career guidance to students, assessing skills and goals to recommend courses and pathways while tracking enrolment, retention, and placement outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions.
- Assess candidates’ skills, interests, and career goals.
- Guide candidates on suitable courses and career pathways.
- Support enrolment, retention, and placement processes.
- Conduct orientation sessions and awareness workshops.
- Maintain counselling records and reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and placement teams.

- Counselling sessions conducted.
- Enrolment conversion rate.
- Retention and placement outcomes.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Counselling and mentoring ability.
- Basic knowledge of job market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience preferred.
