Career Engagement Specialist
Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized career plans for youth, taking into account their unique skills, interests, and aspirations.
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assist youth in exploring career options and setting realistic goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
