Career Pathways Case Management Participant Support Specialist (WIOA)

Intro/Program Description: Goddard Riverside is a well-established Manhattan community-based agency with an annual operating budget of approximately $ 50 million. Goddard Riverside is one of New York City’s leading human service organizations meeting the basic needs of children, youth and families, homeless people, and older adults across Manhattan and New York City.

Position Summary: The Career Pathways Manager supports participants enrolled in WIOA GED Program by providing career exploration, postsecondary planning, workforce readiness, and transition services. This position helps participants identify and achieve their educational and employment goals through individualized career planning, assessments, resource coordination, and ongoing support throughout their participation in the program. The Career Pathways Manager also assists with participant intake, onboarding, and academic assessment processes to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Tuesday through Thursday 12pm-8pm

Salary Range: $50,250 - $55,000

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
