Pay Range: $20-$24 hourly
Position Type: Part-Time
Location: Columbia, MO

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Career Planning & Exploration: Facilitate person-centered career plans, exploration activities, and support employment goals.
- Skill Development & Job Support: Provide prevocational training, job search assistance, onboarding, and retention support, including accommodations and workplace independence.
- Individualized Supports: Deliver services tailored to individual needs and provide feedback on strategies.
- Documentation & Outcomes: Complete timely records, track progress, and ensure successful job seeker outcomes.
