Do work that matters — and get paid to grow.
Providence Place Senior Living is hiring Caregivers for our Dover campus — full-time, part-time, and per diem. You'll care for residents across independent living, assisted living, and our memory support neighborhood: helping with daily life, sharing meals, and being the friendly face they count on. No experience? We'll train you — and we'll help pay for nursing school if you want to go further.
What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining
- Serve meals and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience
- Protect residents' independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
- Join in activities and outings, including our Connections memory support program
- Keep a watchful eye — notice changes in a resident's health and report them promptly
- Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and keeping the community beautiful

- +$2.00/hour shift differential for hours after 6:00pm
- Career path: earn up to $2.00/hour more as you build your skills
- Tuition assistance for nursing school — we invest in your future
What you bring
