Schedule: 3pm – 11pm shift and 11pm–7pm shifts
Rate of Pay: starts at $16/hour for C.N.A. and $17 - $18 for C.M.A.
*Pay is negotiable based on experience. Priority given to candidates with memory care experience.
About Our Community
We’re a freestanding memory care assisted living community with 54 residents. We are conveniently located in NW OKC at 122nd and MacArthur off Kilpatrick Turnpike. Intimate enough that every team member truly knows every resident. All our residents live with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, and as an age-in-place community, you’ll care for residents across the full spectrum of the disease. Smaller team, bigger impact.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care that helps our residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy every single day.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility
- Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable, home-like environment
- Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families
- Uphold each resident’s dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times
