Overture Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist seniors at a senior living facility in Sachse, TX. This position involves providing personalized care through multiple short visits throughout the facility.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (Split Shift)
- Morning: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Total: 18 hours per weekend with weekday availability as well
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide toileting assistance, incontinence care, and brief changes as needed.
- Assist with safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility, including the use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices.
- Provide assistance with getting in and out of bed and preparing residents for their daily routines.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and attentive care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition, behavior, or overall well-being.
- Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided.
