At Overture Home Care, we are currently seeking professional, reliable, and empathetic Caregivers and CNAs available for Weekends and Weekdays to work with clients in the Weatherford area. We assist seniors all over Weatherford, Aledo, Granbury, Cleburne, Mineral Wells and more! We understand how tough the care giving job can be because many of our support team has started out as caregivers, too.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed
- Work with patients of all types, including Alzheimer's / Dementia patient's, stroke patients, and hospice patients
- Monitor and report client condition changes to the office or case manager
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
- Offer companionship and promote a safe, comfortable home environment
