WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESIDENT ASSISTANT?
At Spring Arbor, our Resident Assistants are an important part of our residents' everyday lives.
You'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, supported, and valued while assisting with:

Daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Meals, activities, and daily routines

Providing companionship and meaningful interactions

Responding to residents' needs and requests for assistance

Observing and communicating changes in resident conditions

Working alongside a caring team to create a positive living environment

Maintaining resident safety, dignity, and independence

Your kindness, compassion, and dependability can make someone's day better!
Experience is preferred but not required for training-eligible positions.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, meet applicable employment and certification requirements, and successfully complete required screenings. CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained and maintained as required.
