BrightStar Care of Novi is looking for an individual who has caregiver or home health aide experience providing care for older adults: aiding with hygiene, errands, and day-to-day assistance in their homes.
Both full-time and part-time hours available!

Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the RN Care Coordinator
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable Transportation
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Negative drug screen and background check
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
