Job Description
Member is an older adult female who lives with her son and needs dependable in-home caregiving support. Caregiver should be comfortable providing hands-on assistance with daily routines, offering steady supervision, and helping maintain a safe, clean home environment. This role is best for someone patient, attentive, and confident working in a home where the member may need frequent support throughout the day.

We are seeking a caregiver who lives within 30 minutes of the member for reliability and consistent coverage.
Required Duties (Texas STAR+PLUS)
Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene as needed. Provide safe assistance with transfers and mobility support as needed.
Meal Support: Meal preparation, light cooking, and assistance with eating as needed. Basic kitchen clean-up after meals.
Light Housekeeping: General tidying, sweeping/mopping as appropriate, wiping surfaces, taking out trash, and keeping the member’s main areas clean and safe. Laundry and linen changes as needed.
Safety & Support: Provide companionship and supervision, observe for changes in condition, and report concerns to the agency. Maintain a calm, respectful environment and follow the member’s care plan.
