Job Description
Member is seeking a dependable caregiver to assist with day-to-day personal care and household support. This role is best for someone who is patient, respectful, and comfortable providing hands-on assistance as needed. Strong communication, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach are important to help the member remain safe and comfortable at home.

Required Duties (Texas STAR+PLUS Caregiver Requirements)
Duties will be based on the member’s authorized STAR+PLUS services and may include:
- Personal Care Assistance: help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene as needed
- Mobility & Safety Support: assistance with safe movement/positioning and fall-prevention awareness
- Meal Support: meal preparation, light cooking, and cleanup
- Light Housekeeping: tidying, sweeping/mopping as needed, wiping surfaces, taking out trash, and maintaining a safe living space
- Laundry: washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing/linens
- Basic Errands (if authorized): may include essential errands; driving may be required if shopping/errands are part of the care plan
- Observation & Reporting: communicate changes/concerns to the agency per policy
