Male member living at home with spouse needs a dependable caregiver to assist with day-to-day support and safety. Member is not bed-bound and will benefit from hands-on help with routine activities, gentle mobility support as needed, and maintaining a clean, comfortable home environment. Ideal caregiver is patient, respectful, and attentive—able to follow a care plan, communicate clearly with the member and spouse, and provide steady assistance while promoting independence.

We are seeking a caregiver who lives within 30 minutes of the member for reliability and consistent coverage.

Duties will be based on the member’s service plan and may include:

Personal Care Assistance: Bathing/showering support, grooming, dressing, toileting assistance, hygiene care, and incontinence care as needed.

Mobility & Safety Support: Assistance with safe transfers, walking support as needed, fall-prevention awareness, and supervision to ensure safety in the home.

Meal Support: Meal preparation, light cooking, meal setup, and cleanup (following any dietary preferences or instructions provided).

Light Housekeeping: Tidying common areas, sweeping/mopping as needed, dishes, wiping surfaces, taking out trash, and laundry/linen changes to maintain a sanitary environment.

Errands & Shopping (If Authorized): Grocery shopping and essential errands as permitted by the care plan. Driving may be required if errands/shopping are part of the authorized services.

General Support: Friendly companionship, respectful communication, documenting care tasks per agency process, and coordinating appropriately with the spouse and agency team.
