Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to assist a young male member with Autism and ADHD. The member has a speech delay and may require assistance with communication and understanding daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, be attentive, and provide a nurturing environment. The member lives with his family (parents and brother) in a smoke-free home with no pets.

Required Duties

Texas Star Plus Caregiver Requirements:
- Assistance with communication and speech-related activities - Light housekeeping (e.g., cleaning, organizing) - Meal preparation and cooking - Assistance with daily living tasks as needed - Companionship and engaging in activities to support developmental needs - Driving may be required for errands or shopping
