Windsor Manor Webster City is hiring compassionate, dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living team. If you have a heart for seniors and a dependable work ethic — we want to meet you. No CNA license or certification required.
If you have experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or Private Caregiver, we would love to hear from you.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | 2nd Shift | 2:00pm–10:00pm | 5 days/week | Every other weekend | Must be willing to work holidays
Part-Time | 1st Shift | 6:00am–2:00pm | Every other weekend required
What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
Provide medication reminders as permitted
Follow resident service plans and document all care provided
Communicate with the Resident Services team to maintain continuity of care
Build genuine, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment every shift
Support activities and daily operations within the community
What You Bring:
At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience — required
CNA, Home Health, Private Caregiver, or Senior Living experience — preferred
Willingness to obtain med manager certification (FT applicants) — required
High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine passion for working with seniors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification — preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Must complete required dementia training, background screening, and follow Drug-Free Workplace policy
