Caregiver Trainer

Job Summary

We seek an experienced trainer in special needs and elder care to deliver hybrid training programs and conduct overseas training every three months to complete modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective training sessions for special needs and elder care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare training materials and modules aligned with program objectives for hybrid delivery.
• Facilitate learning both online and in-person to accommodate diverse learner needs.
• Travel overseas every three months for a minimum of two weeks to conduct in-person training and complete program modules.
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency development.
• Adapt training approaches to meet the evolving needs of learners and industry standards.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in special needs and elder care.
• Willingness to transition into a training role within this field.
