This is a time-limited, deliverables-focused role essential to meeting grant obligations by December 31, 2026

• Collaborate with On Lok Services leadership and relevant internal departments to align curriculum content with workforce training priorities.

affirming practices, aging with HIV, and trauma-informed caregiving.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, handouts, case studies, scenario-based learning activities, and competency tools.
• Translate technical and clinical information into clear, practical training for frontline caregivers and program staff.
• Prepare pilot-ready training modules for implementation with approximately 50 caregivers.
• Revise curriculum materials based on leadership and stakeholder feedback.
• Support preparation of a final training toolkit and sustainability recommendations.
• Maintain timelines, documentation, and professional communication throughout the assignment.
