What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and encourage proper nutrition
- Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving experience a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required
