Carer - Personal Care
Summary
Provide in-home personal care and companionship to elderly clients in Worthing, Goring & Ferring, including meal prep, medication management, and social visits.

With exciting plans for continued growth into 2026, we are looking for caring, thoughtful and dedicated Loneliness Companions to join our exceptional team of Healthcare Professionals in and around the Worthing, Goring, Ferring & Littlehampton areas.
Because we provide care directly in our customers’ homes, a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential.
Pay Rates: £16.00ph (Monday to Friday) | £17.25ph (Weekends) | 45p per business mile
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time hours available. We require all of our Carers to work a minimum of alternate weekends. Shift times include 7am-10am, 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm.We can also offer split shifts and evening only hours.
No experience? No problem. Whether you are new to care or bring previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Carer, we will support you every step of the way.
